Clear information about my fixed savings account from initial setup of the account, through to when the account was nearing the end of the fixed term. I received an email detailing all the options that were available to me which was really helpful and easy to follow. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

Best deal.

Got the best deal through money savings expert in a few years ago. As my savings plan matured Smartsave still had the best deal at the time for me so I was happy to re-invest for another year. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024

An easy to use online bank with great rates.

An easy to use online bank with great rates. The customer service team are quick to get back to you when you email. The only thing I would ask is that when you open your account you can get some kind of communication - whether letter or email - confirming that you are now an account holder - there is no coorespondance once you open the account unless you email to ask something. Easy to use and transparent. Rates are clear and there are a range of products on offer. Not too many emails and marketing which is a blessing. Hopefully transferring out is as easy!
