An easy to use online bank with great rates.

An easy to use online bank with great rates. The customer service team are quick to get back to you when you email. The only thing I would ask is that when you open your account you can get some kind of communication - whether letter or email - confirming that you are now an account holder - there is no coorespondance once you open the account unless you email to ask something.
