Great Travel card

Was brilliant

Was happy with a Tandem but their £5.99 monthly charge and no option to transfer to journey card means I’m leaving Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

Zero customer understanding, ridiculous fees

Tandem offered a free to use card, with cashback and have now announced they are cancelling the account of everyone who does not wish to spend £5.99 a month just to have the card. Disgusting practice, and the claimed 'benefits' of the new system come nowhere close to being worth the £5.99 monthly fee. Avoid. Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

Pulled a massive change to T&C with a fit in or f-off attitude.

Was happy with the provided service until the change top T&C, If i had known this was effectively an introductory offer i wouldn't have cancelled previous (legacy) reward cards to have you as my credit card provider. Very unethical and dishonest, AVOID AT ALL COSTS Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

Unhappy. It used to be best credit card no more tho

Tandem used to be the best ish credit card, provider. I saved a lot thru their 0.5% cashback. There was only one pron its that they don't increase your credit limit at any means, what is silly as they ask to apply for a new credit card. Now get an email stating that they scrapping their credit card and introduce exactly same credit card but with 0 interest for a monthly fee of 5.99 which isn't the best option if you repay in full every month. I'm sad that I will have to go back to Aqua cashback card + American express. Reviewed on: 8th January 2020

New standards for credit cards

Used in variety of countries such as Japan, USA, UAE etc. It is convenient, you don’t need worry about the fees or you extreme currency rates when you are back home. You get cash back and you have an great online application far advanced than any usual retail bank. I am afraid only issue is that not a lot of people know this product and I totally recommend it. Great Journey Card

The Journey Credit Card from Tandem is an excellent introduction to credit cards, aimed primarily at young people with little to no credit history, giving them the opportunity to build a thicker credit file and gain access to higher-tier rewards cards. It runs on the widely accepted network of Mastercard, and comes in four eye-catching colours, so you can draw good attention if you like to show off the plastic. Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Great company

Been with tandem for a year now. They've been helpful and supportive even when a car accident left me unable to pay for a couple of months. Easy to make repayments straight away through bank transfers. Can't rate this company enough. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

Can't get enough

This card has without a doubt changed my life! It's been so much easier managing my month to month finances and building my credit score with the help of this card, not to mention the added bonus of cash back! Reviewed on: 6th January 2020
