Customer Focus at its core

Tandem are fantastic! They are always looking for ways to enrich the customer experience and put the customer first. Their focus is on the customer and making money easier to manage which is great to see in an industry of products designed in favour of the banks. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

Great for Travel!

I love using the Tandem Journey Card particularly due to no fees when purchasing items abroad. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

Works all around the world, no FX and Cashback!

Excellent card. I use it whenever I travel. You get real-time spending updates with both currencies and the Mastercard rate, so cheaper than taking cash. As far as I know the only card that does this and pays cashback. Reviewed on: 6th January 2020

Best Card

Can be used fee free abroad, and I receive cashback every month for no cost to me. Can’t ask for more. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2020

Totally useless!

Totally useless!! I disputed a fraudulent transaction. They asked for more info, I sent this 4 times! and they then sent me another letter stating they hadn't received any further communication and have closed the case. It has now surpassed the time limit for them to dispute, so I'm now liable to pay this fraudulent transaction. I will be cancelling my card and going elsewhere.
