Amazing Bank!!

Suits me very quick easy bank to deal with no credit checks is great bonus or people like myself that have poor credit I think it’s brilliant bank and highly highly recommend I’ve none stopped ranted to my family and friends about Suits Me Reviewed on: 6th February 2024

They literally emailed me asking me to return as I’d...

They literally emailed me asking me to return as I’d stop using them due to all the lies and terrible customer service. The email they sent said they were doing a trial of no load fees and that I wouldn’t be charged fees. Then I give them a try, load the account and I’m charged the fee. I wait on hold for 1 hour and 48 minutes and some girl with an attitude answers and says she can’t refund it, all she can do is alert management. I then ask her why would SuitsMe offer something and then not do it? She replies “I know you’re angry but please calm down”. I then ask her to open a complaint. She asks me “about what”?. I tell her “clearly the situation we are dealing with”. She replies “ok I made the complaint is there anything else” and then hangs up. SuitsMe routinely LIES to their customers, intentionally tried to cause distress and alarm and then when you contact them they mentally abuse you and try to gaslight you. I honestly think this is the worst product in the Uk currently by far. Reviewed on: 14th May 2025
