They literally emailed me asking me to return as I’d stop using them due to all the lies and terrible customer service. The email they sent said they were doing a trial of no load fees and that I wouldn’t be charged fees. Then I give them a try, load the account and I’m charged the fee. I wait on hold for 1 hour and 48 minutes and some girl with an attitude answers and says she can’t refund it, all she can do is alert management. I then ask her why would SuitsMe offer something and then not do it? She replies “I know you’re angry but please calm down”. I then ask her to open a complaint. She asks me “about what”?. I tell her “clearly the situation we are dealing with”. She replies “ok I made the complaint is there anything else” and then hangs up. SuitsMe routinely LIES to their customers, intentionally tried to cause distress and alarm and then when you contact them they mentally abuse you and try to gaslight you. I honestly think this is the worst product in the Uk currently by far. Reviewed on: 14th May 2025

I am disabled and have mental health issues. I explained this to monzo who had a so called safeguarding person from the bank contact me. Come to find out, it was all a trick to try and get information so they can pass it on to the debt collector they were about to sell an old account to. After I said id repay it and asked if theyd reopen the account they said theyd try and came back at a later date and said they couldnt. They then started asking for money after offering to help me find a foodbank. I asked them to stop contacting me and immediately after that, the emails started coming in frequently. I feel like they started emailing me a lot just because I asked them to stop contacting me. They even asked me to send in a picture of myself before they can proceed with a complaint they filed on my behalf and i didnt ask for. They then sent another to say they cant uphold the complaint. All just to harrass and do the opposite of what i asked. Evil people. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

I started using Freetrade a few years ago and find them to be the best at what they do. Ive used several other trading apps but what I like about Freetrade is, there isnt a fee for everything you do. I dont think ive ever paid them a fee for anything. I also get dividend notifications whenever im paid a dividend and thats always a boost to my mood. They also have tailored information emailed to their users about the positions they hold and they do this all for free. Which proves they love what they do and thats exactly why they have such a good product. If every trading app was like Freetrade, more people would trade stocks, bonds, ETFs and etc. They also go out of their way to let their users know about meetings, voting schemes and information I always find really useful or had recently been looking up.
