i was alot happier with the srvice before the bank c...

i was alot happier with the srvice before the bank changed over. This is because when im expecting money to go in it takes alot... i was alot happier with the srvice before the bank changed over. This is because when im expecting money to go in it takes alot long foe example i play online casinos and when i was withdrawering money friom the casino it would go in stright away but now i have to wait at least 24 hours. also when the bankl changed over i was getting charged uo to £4.99 each time i madev a atm withdrawel then i recivbed a message saying there will not be any charge for makuing a atm withdrawel but that did not last look everytime i make a atm withdrawel im getting charge at least £2 everytime. also if i need to talk to customer service on the phone i never seem to get through because i have to wait at least 4 hours to talk to anyone.     Absolutely a joke . Blocked my account without any warning and no reason . Kept my balance and put me in risk of loosing home... Absolutely a joke .     They are always when I need them.

    They are always when I need them. Also when they think, I need their helpful advice. The online banking app and mastercard debit are working... They are always when I need them. The only little minus is that the card cannot be added to any of my digital wallets. But it works itself, so that's only a little issue and I'm sure they add this functionality in closest future.
