    Very poor customer service .

    Got the account open no problem.kept getting messages the account was unblocked every day. I’ve waited on the phone over the last 2 days for...     I Closed this account as the fees are extortionate only to find they’ve kept it open. A recent refund also has been accepted into the... As the account should if been closed Now they’re trying to make me jump threw hoops asking for out of scope identification me holding up ID on the account that should’ve been closed.
