When I had problems with trying to get into my account the very first time I couldn't see how I would see on how to go into sending money to other friends of the family I couldn't get into it for someone no reason and I've been trying and trying and trying eventually our rang up the bank I spoke to a few people they couldn't help me but I rang up again and one did help me he said what phone are you on and I turn around I said I was on a Samsung so and so and he said right go into your settings so I did I went down to minimize on the display and it went I bought it right down and it went that small I could see everything I said thank you I'd be trying so he did this for me and I called him brightspark because he was the only one who thought of that that is how I am happy and I've I've spoken to him another time any recognized my voice and I recognised his bright spot fantastic service he was really really fantastic they all are they go out their way to help I don't have a problem with the bank itself fantastic for a little bank like it is I can't thank him enough for what they're doing and you don't need to be checked over to make sure if you got problems in another bank they will accept you and that's what I love about this bank I will give it if I could give it a thousand to one out of that as of as a vote or a number I would but I'll give it 10 out of 10 because I can't do that so I'll do it that way fantastic service can't fault them they've helped me out in loads of other ways I won't go into but I want to thank them they're being there for me for help and they've done and the satisfied me and I'm really really happy with that thank you oh yes and the warm and friendly as well I don't have a problem with them Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
