DO NOT BANK HERE!

Horrible service. I applied for the simple account and I received the card but my account and card didn’t activate after entering the code from a letter. I tried contacting the customer support over the phone and email but they had no clue about it and couldn’t even help. They emailed me later saying they have fixed it but nothing worked even after that. Horrendous experience and would never recommend anyone to bank there. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025
