MARY - TOO EXCELLENT!

My most recent encounter with the suits me support team was on the 15/04/25. The customer support agent i spoke with was a girl named Mary, my query was with regards to my card being defected and this was handled and explained to me swift and clear. Mary the agent was very polite and helpful, her control on the call was very re-assuring and calming. Awful, avoid like the plague!

Awful! Charged for anything and everything! Even viewing your balance at an atm! They change services forget to charge you so then take £30 for 3 months when the feel like it! No responses for weeks if ever for complaints, no answer to close my account meaning still can charge me! Taking massive advantage of people in a financial vulnerable state.
