Easy to use

The communications from Swiftcover is always easy to understand, which I appreciate. They always write in plain English, which I think is very important for an insurance company as otherwise it can be a bit overwhelming and confusing. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

No problems so far!

Home assistance

Very badly handled and no cover for front door lock break if you have a bolt on the top of the door. If there is a back door, advised to put the bolt and then use back door to go out. House is secure. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Fantastic

Fantastic service today, woke up to boiler not working, I rang as we are covered by home assistance. I spoke to Chloe who was very helpful and reassuring. Within 3 hrs my knight with a toolbag Ross Dovey from Nationwide Heating, came to fix the boiler!!! He put in a new circuit board and we are back up and running! Crooks!

Rubbish company, daughters ceiling fell down, swift cover not interested, not covered and don't seem to be covered for anything unless your house brand new! Reviewed on: 28th February 2017
