Mortgage Broker Saved Me Money & Provided Great Service

Originally, I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. However, Georgie and Abbey from Tambo completely changed my mind. They not only found me a significantly cheaper deal than the one I was initially considering at the bank, but their rate check also saved me an additional 0.05% (5 basis points). Their guidance on product fees was invaluable, and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Just the level of support they provided compared to the bank made it entirely worthwhile. wonderful service, above all others

We had a wonderful service, which was unlike any previous brokers we had. The most professionally effective experience with the Tembo team. The whole team Elly, Jack, Jon have brilliant communication skills, follow up on progress, solutions and negotiation skills with lenders on our behalf. Brilliant service from start to finish

Having bought many houses without a broker I was concerned the fees were high for something you 'don't need'. However - Tembo (Jess, Matt & Callum) were the best (only good) part of my daughters first house purchase experience. The process was quick and simple, and we changed the rate several times during the conveyancing as the rates improved. Thank you so much to the team - very much worth their fee. An amazingly easy and wonderful experience

Paul Herbert and Jessica Eley handled my case and they were both so lovely and went out of their way to find me a mortgage to meet my difficult needs. They were so friendly and easy to chat with, I really felt they were genuine and cared. Very honest and checked in with me even when their bit was done.
