Excellent customer service

The process to obtain an initial rate was seamless. Everything is done via a portal which makes the whole process very straightforward and intuitive. Super professional / courteous staff

Whilst our process for speaking to Habito’s staff didn’t ultimately result in us getting a mortgage as we changed our mind, their process of understanding what we needed and supporting us in the utmost professional manner meant I felt I needed to write a review. They also stood well above any other mortgage provider Ive come across in the past, in particular Im referring to your high street banks. They made the process super accessible for us and ensured they were always available for a follow up when we had follow up questions. My only regret was that we didn't go ahead with them and even then they were really professional and kept the door open in case we changed our minds in the future. Raj Bathia- Wonderful help

Raj helped with proceeding with a property for me and my partner. Being a first time buyer, he was very patient and helped us understand things very clearly. It was a huge pleasure dealing with someone who go’s the extra mile and it’s a testament to his knowledge and care in guiding us in this life changing process. Saved my life

When no one else could find me a mortgage to switch to in light of the budget debacle under Liz Truss, the brokers at Habito literally kept a roof over my head by arranging a remortgage with a lender I was previously told would not consider my application.
