Super professional / courteous staff

Whilst our process for speaking to Habito’s staff didn’t ultimately result in us getting a mortgage as we changed our mind, their process of understanding what we needed and supporting us in the utmost professional manner meant I felt I needed to write a review. They also stood well above any other mortgage provider Ive come across in the past, in particular Im referring to your high street banks. They made the process super accessible for us and ensured they were always available for a follow up when we had follow up questions. My only regret was that we didn't go ahead with them and even then they were really professional and kept the door open in case we changed our minds in the future.
