Excellent and responsive

All the TEMBO team helped us through a tricky mortgage application; I’d tried it on my own and the rejection was demoralising. They were responsive and put in lots of extra hours to get us over the line. We were working with the Scottish system too so another layer of complexity. Highly recommended. Game changers

Simply outstanding service & product

Tembo have helped me to remortgage my home with the assistance of my partner using the income boost product. This has been a complex process including facilitating a buyout & Tembo have been fantastic in progressing the remortgage , checking in multiple times a week & reassuring me during a very stressful period. This product has meant that I have been able to keep my home, that has a lot of sentimental value for me, and I’m grateful to Allie Sowden, who’s service level & genuine care for us as a client has gone above the call of duty. Excellent

I found Tembo after being told by a mortgage broker that guarantor/income boost mortgages were no longer available. From the very first call I had with them they have been nothing but excellent and even offered me advice which on an aborted sale which saved me money and cost them the mortgage arrangement fee. They have been extremely patient and understanding and I will most definitely be using their services again whilst highly recommending them to my family and friends Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

My daughters first home!

Tembo were able to help with a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage which has enabled my daughter to buy her first home. The team were incredible, supporting and helping every step of the way and finding the right product for her. Friendly service
