Simply outstanding service & product

Tembo have helped me to remortgage my home with the assistance of my partner using the income boost product. This has been a complex process including facilitating a buyout & Tembo have been fantastic in progressing the remortgage , checking in multiple times a week & reassuring me during a very stressful period. This product has meant that I have been able to keep my home, that has a lot of sentimental value for me, and I’m grateful to Allie Sowden, who’s service level & genuine care for us as a client has gone above the call of duty.
