I have not dealt with The Family BS until recently and I had a case which was proving a bit unusual in that it was... I have not dealt with The Family BS until recently and I had a case which was proving a bit unusual in that it was a Joint application sole proprietor. I initially spoke to Nathan Waller as the usual BDM was on leave, Nathan was excellent. When Sam Morrison came back off leave I went through the case again with him. Before we submitted the case there was lots of questions I had to round things off, I have to say that Sam was absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he called me back on time, he answered all of my questions, no issues at all, I can't praise him enough and what a nice guy to deal with. I must say that FBS have got it so right, even on the odd occasion I had to ring the main office everyone was great. Well Done FBS. I'm looking forward to seeing now that the underwriters are going to make the final process as good. Read more Read less
