Nicole calmed me down, saw me through each possible error situation and got me going again. Her patience was admirable, especially after us waiting 5 mins for an email to arrive only for me to notice my broadband had disconnected. In my 70s I easily get irate when faced with computer probs but I was guided in a non-judgemental way with care and consideration. Three days later she called back to check I was happy.
