    A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

    I took out a BTL mortgage with Family which was secured via a broker (I am an expat and couldn't go direct). Since it has... Since it has been in place I have had several questions regarding possible future options and have been able to contact Family direct instead of going through the broker. I am so impressed with them. Each time I've called I've been put straight through to an appropriate team member, who has listened and given me excellent advice (not financial, of course) as to which products do what and so on, and today they couldn't help me directly as they don't offer what I am looking for, but they made enquiries and put me in touch with someone who can definitely help. They didn't have to do that - they just wanted to help a client. I can't recommend them highly enough - they're kindly and understanding, courteous and extremely informed and helpful.
