    50 years between and still as helpful as ever.

    They have always been helpful in identifying the needs -v- the opportunities. Oddly they are my "buffers". They gave me my first mortgage in 1975 and now my last in 2025!

    FBS IT support is second to none

    The Family Building Society had updated their internet banking system and seldom using it I had to re-register but got confused with passwords, etc., so... The Family Building Society had updated their internet banking system and seldom using it I had to re-register but got confused with passwords, etc., so called their IT help line. Nicole calmed me down, saw me through each possible error situation and got me going again. Her patience was admirable, especially after us waiting 5 mins for an email to arrive only for me to notice my broadband had disconnected. In my 70s I easily get irate when faced with computer probs but I was guided in a non-judgemental way with care and consideration. Three days later she called back to check I was happy. If only all companies were so efficient: I can see why they are called the Family Building Society. Read more Read less
