So helpful when I was fisrt approached

I had been with my last supplier for too long and frankly I when looked elsewhere the rest were much of a muchness so I never really bothered to change although I was reminded from time to time to do so by friends, then one day I got a call from Octopus ( who incidentally I have my Public Liability Insurance with and never realised they were in the energy business) and was pleasantly surprised by the one to one chat (and the prices of course) that made up my mind. Reliable and Helpful

They were very helpful with my new business and making sure that I got the correct insurance for my business needs. The insurance that I needed was quite complex and they answered all my questions and helped me to understand terminology that I didn't understand without any problem.
