Think money have blocked my account for 7 weeks ago and holding my money. They cannot tell me when my money will be released. Customer service agents are useless and when you call them they say no update. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

Thinkmoney BANK IS LOSING CLIENTS MONEY on ACCOUNTS

Thinkmoney bank is losing money on the client's accounts! The statement will show that the money went from your card account to the bill account, but they did not come there. I had this in October and in December now. I will make a complaint to the financial ombudsman. the bank sent me a message - that there was an error in their system and they manually credited the money 5000 pounds to the my account again. SCAM BANK

They are the worse , they keep your funds held with no explanation whatsoever. The only thing they say its the same old excuse that is " we are regulated by the FC Authority we follow regulations " What about solve the problem rather than the same excuses ? They have held my funds for over 8 months when I called them they say that cannot disclose any information however my funds are held in their bank . Why is this bank allowed to exsist

This bank should be closed down. They do not have 24/7 support. cant contact them at weekends. cant access mu money. cant get my pin, even though they say to click on the MY CARD section in the App, it is not there. I spent over 1 hour on the phone trying to get through and the line was disconnected. i have tried to call them over 6 times and have still yet to be connected to someone. Brilliant banking made easy

Abousltly terrible

No helpful at all the app is pointless. Wating time on the phone is over 45min. What is the £10 per month for? I will be closing my sons account. Reviewed on: 20th April 2022

Do not bother. Terrible service. And terrible app.

I opened an account with them 9 months ago. Their service is bad, their app is literally trash. Constantly freezing, not properly laid out. It looks like it was built by a first year university student. Even simple features like open banking or Apple Pay are missing. They claim to help you budget but all transactions are marked as 'Salary to card' or 'Card to salary' so you can't even make any sense of how your money is being spent. I have nothing good to say about this bank any more.

Transfers not arriving and receiving until much later or not at all without proper explanation. Now won't let me use the lottery,they have technical issues,over 10 days now and now refuses my card altogether, it's been rejected by eon now for months,hour long to speak to someone. Won't stop contacting me!

I have never been a customer of this bank. Someone tried to scam me online and steal my details, but only got some, enough to try and open an account with these people. I have contacted them and made the story clear, they have assured me it will go no further, but it's a few months later and I still get emails telling me to complete my account setup, despite all my efforts to end this, unsubscribe, etc. I just keep on getting the emails, so contrary to their assurances of removi...
