Phenomenal service

Have had business current and savings account for over a decade. Also bank with Triodos personally. Incredibly happy with service and level of customer support. No question or request is ever too big for Triodos. They've also integrated technology rapidly over the last year (e.g. personal app, Xero API) and can't see how any other bank can compete in terms of service, transparency and access. All this on top of the most important part which is the ethical banking. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Runs so smoothly that I don't have to think about it

My tridos account usually runs so smoothly that I rarely even have to think about it. On the odd occation I have a question the staff are so helpful and friendly that it's always a pleasure to speak with them. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

telephone banking is excellent.

telephone banking is excellent. When you have a query that takes time to sort out the staff are invariably patient and helpful. May not always have the highest savings rate, but you know that always that their loans are made to ethical businesses which create a better society.
