Great ethos

I like that the bank invests back into different projects and charities. I'm sad they have withdrawn their overdrafts service, but the benefits outweigh the negatives. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

I opened a Social Venture Current Account for my company, Treegeneration Ltd, several years ago, and have been highly satisfied with the quality of service and value for money. The best thing about Triodos is that it has never been about "business as usual" for them, and they have social and environmental issues at the heart of their value system, which is why I opened an account with them in the first place. I have always found Triodos user friendly.

I have always found Triodos user friendly. Phone calls are dealt promptly, politely and proficiently. The website is straightforward. Triodos do not bombard you with promotional material. I really cannot find fault with Triodos. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Much improved chatline facility

Fantastic Alround Service

Our company switched to Triodos just over a year ago. The switch was smooth and effective. Since that time as the company grew there were some updates needed to accommodate additional users and administrators of the account. Similarly upward adjustments were necessary on maximum daily and overall financial limits. Again this was done smoothly, efficiently and speedily. This included being able to speak with bank employees where there were queries. Being able to speak to someone by telephone never took longer than a minute to be put through to an advisor. The bank also has a speedy secure messaging service for conveying confidential information and confirming any records of 1to1 conversations.
