Fantastic Alround Service

Our company switched to Triodos just over a year ago. The switch was smooth and effective. Since that time as the company grew there were some updates needed to accommodate additional users and administrators of the account. Similarly upward adjustments were necessary on maximum daily and overall financial limits. Again this was done smoothly, efficiently and speedily. This included being able to speak with bank employees where there were queries. Being able to speak to someone by telephone never took longer than a minute to be put through to an advisor. The bank also has a speedy secure messaging service for conveying confidential information and confirming any records of 1to1 conversations.
