Good phone communication

I have always experienced good and, very importantly, fairly prompt responses on the phone when I have (in particular) needed to clarify various things regarding my savings account regarding transferring money from my Mum's estate and out of it. I also got friendly and prompt responses at the period I was trying to open a Triodos current account, however you were ultimately unable to help as the only way was via the mobile phone App which never worked. I was told another way might become possible but heard nothing later on. At the moment am quite satisfied with my Nationwide current account so I haven't recently pursued it, but it was extremely frustrating over the couple of months I was trying. Easiest way to divest your savings from fossil fuels

All the savings accounts at Triodos invest only in projects that are doing some good in our country & the world. Their app is easy to use. Their interest rates are not the highest on the market if you are just looking at ££, but if you look at value in the broader sense - if you want to take good care of the people and nature around you - then they are much better value than any other bank available in the UK.
