An excellent bank with an ethical 'heart'. I have banked with them for many years now and they continue to meet my preferences and my own values. A bank to be proud of to be a customer. They only support causes I can agree with and feel comfortable with supporting. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Excellent service, website and app

I've made direct contact with Triodos twice by phone. I wanted a 'sanity check' for about the ISAs I had investigated on their website - I'd never 'bought' an ISA before. I chose them because of their ethical credentials, and was delighted to get a decent interest rate on the ISA. Their app is easy to use once you know how. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
