Such a shame - abandoned small investors starting out

I was very excited to continue my investing journey with Vanguard having switched from a previous provider. However recent difficulties trying to add funds and their new fee structure have put me off. Adding cash manually became a chore for some reason. My browser (various) and app began to hang on a waiting page after following the instructions to no avail. Support responded swiftly but non of their suggestions made a difference. Trustworthy

Previously used a few "new" investment companies with big campaign ads when getting into investing and kept losing money, 1 visit to vanguard provider trust and I've had the expected returns ever since. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Disappointing service and tech

Vanguard provides good value funds and a competitive investment platform with ISA and pension accounts which should suit most investors. However, despite what other reviews (and Which?) seem to say about 'good service', my experience is that the service is poor and getting worse. Secure messages take 3-4 working days to be replied to. Easy investments
