An increase in fees has not helped the platform recently - nor has its slightly outdated module of customer support which can leave you waiting up to a week for any query. The new app is a good start but very simplistic. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

They take so long to reply/respond to a basic query.

They take so long to reply/respond to a basic query. After several weeks, where they have been at fault they then offer £100 as a compensation when the other company/platform offers £2.5k! Unbelievable. Unless it is very simple.....dont bother. Reviewed on: 29th July 2024

Good low-cost option for investments especially ISA investments. Easy to understand UI, dashboard is clear and easy to find the different insights. Regular contact from representatives to keep updated, always told the estimated costs e.g. fees and % charges. Reviewed on: 26th May 2024
