Mortgage

I gave renewed my mortgage with YBS for the last 12 years as I always find them to offer the best fixed rates around. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023

DO NOT GO WITH YBS Spent 11 years with a YBS mortgage. Was told the mortgage deal would expire on a certain date, agreed the completion of our house on that same day and fined over £1K for early repayment. straightforward simple and easy to use

I have a YBS mortgage and i have nothing but praise for YBS and its customer service. every time I have had to contact them by phone the mortgage customer service have been really helpful and have always helped sort out what i needed. I also like the simple and straightforward list of mortgage products they have including offset mortgages. this choice is very helpful. Please keep it up! i will be remortgaging soon.
