So I’m unfortunately having to go back on my words for this company. I left them a raving review early days of having the card but boy did things change… so I had and issue with a transaction and tried to charge it back as I purchased a product and it never arrived. Now my understanding was that you were financially protected by credit cards hence why I use it for purchases from over seas etc. so I tried to challenge this and was met with useless and incompetent staff. It was presented as a credit card, yet if you carry a balance instead of paying it off every month, they charge you $30/month. This is NOT how credit cards work. This is a high fee card presenting as a no fee card. Sat on hold for well over a half hour before finally reaching a human. Closed the account before using. Now my credit is dinged for no purpose. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Reviewed on: 4th April 2025
