Avoid like a pot hole!

So I’m unfortunately having to go back on my words for this company. I left them a raving review early days of having the card but boy did things change… so I had and issue with a transaction and tried to charge it back as I purchased a product and it never arrived. Now my understanding was that you were financially protected by credit cards hence why I use it for purchases from over seas etc. so I tried to challenge this and was met with useless and incompetent staff. I was told I did not have an account or a credit card and went back and fourth arguing trying to figure out why they were saying this after I’d had the account for months and used it!!!! Anyway they investigated my complaint and basically came back and said they had spoken to the merchant and were not upholding my chargeback but as a gesture of goodwill would apply £15 to my account. This was unacceptable so I told them I was going to dispute this with the ombudsman as I didn’t agree and wasn’t getting support. If you get a card with this company and you ever have an issue then please expect to be passed between every single member of the support team they have and have to start again each time. It’s a joke and I actually think it’s a tactic they use to try and avoid dealing with issues. The interest is also high and they are very basic. They don’t have any offers, no cash back and in general just are not a good all round credit cards hence why. There are much better suppliers with great functionality. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Helping me vanquish my poor credit score!

Really easy to get set up from application to using the card. Straight forward application with a pre check so you get a good idea of approval before affecting your credit score. The app is great and very user friendly for even the most novice technology enthusiast. Simple design and laid out very well. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

The bees knees, one way to financial freedom

Had multiple cards in the past and Zable makes me feel in control. Great customer service and a very well rounded product offering confidence to even those without a perfect credit score. Also one of the best user interfaces for the mobile application making it super easy to manage your money and stay on top of your finances. Keep up the good work guys! Reviewed on: 5th June 2024
