Loan settlement stress...

I settled my loan and the payment went through but wasn't allocated to my loan, I had a live chat and was told that it could take up to 10 days to clear, I phoned up and explained that I watched it clear on my account but then it wasn't allocated to my loan. I was asked to give it a few days and check again. After a week I phoned again and was put through to a lovely gentleman called Mark who said he didn't understand why no one had allocated it and he got it cleared within a couple of hours so why it didn't happen first time I contacted Zopa I just don't know because it caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Easy and quick application process.

Very competitive loan rate and nice app to see all the details of your loan and progress of repayments. Easy and quick application process as well. I took a loan for 3 years in 2022 and just paid off last month. Recommended. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025

A worthy responsible lender

Found the process of applying for a loan very easy and quick results. Good rates of interest and, with the App., you can see exactly where you are in your repayments and any offers available.
