Easy and quick to apply for loan and received instant results with money transferred to bank in less than an hour. Monthly reminder message to confirm money will be deducted from bank and can log into account to see payments and outstanding balance which is a good incentive to see debit reducing. Would not hesitate to take another loan as the rate was good and you know exactly how much extra over the borrowing you will be charged with the admin set up fee Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

From start to finish my Zopa experience has been excellent. From start to finish the process was easy and very straight forward. The loan I took was clearly explained showing exactly what I would re-pay how much interest i was being charged. Best financial products hands down

What can I say other than, there is good, there is amazing and then there is Zopa who are better than that. Simple applications, ridiculously quick decisions and outcomes. Super quick payments. Amazing app and account management. Very responsible in making sure they lend within your remit and budgets to prevent debt and financial hardship. literally life saving, especially in this current financial climate. It took me less than 15 minutes to apply for a loan and receive the payment. I was on hold with my bank for more than 15 minutes just to speak to someone!! would recommend Zopa again and again. I required a loan to complete our kitchen renovation, I had a credit card with Zopa which was fantastic and I managed and was Great so applied for the load which was accepted, I paid the loan off in 24 months and it Was perfect thank you Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
