Antiquated Building Society not in this century (or the last)

When is online not online? When it's Chorley Building Society. Very user unfriendly, slow, unhelpful online platform. The online platform they use is one that is used by most Building Societies but is hopeless and Chorley's use of it is dreadful. Despite having an online account they sent me a passbook. Excellent all round service

Excellent service with local office with access to very friendly, helpful, and patient staff. Provide a good range of saving options with very competitive rates of interest. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024

Accessible and 5 star service
