My amazing experience with Chorley's savings staff

Gill Cinar in the Chorley's savings department spent a great deal of time on 24th July helping me to establish an on-line facility for me. Without her patience and friendly but professional help, I would probably still not be able to go on line. She followed up the following day with a telephone call to help me to make an investment on line. I am not a complete idiot on computers but I would otherwise have had great difficulty in achieving my objective. Gill's help was an excellent example of customer service at its best. Effective, straightforward and good value.

I have a savings account and a fixed term bond with Chorley Building Society. Despite not living in the area I have opened both by post and everything has been very staightforward. Their products offer attractive rates of interest, their communication is excellent and their staff are professional, helpful and efficient.
