Child Trust Fund - no issues so far

My son has held a CTF with Chorley for 13 years now. We've had no bother with it. The interest has been accruing and we get an annual statement. There were no issues when we moved home and the communications have been welcomed without being overwhelming. We had no bother speaking to a helpful human being whenever we have needed to. A Chorley Building Society Happy Customer.

I always use Key House because it's easy to park. The staff I have met are always smart and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable and very helpful. there is usually no queue to the counter, so I never have to wait too long for assistance. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Friendly and easily contactable

It’s a local building society. You can ring straight through to a human being. Staff are helpful, informative and knowledgeable. No robotic automated systems - large banks and building societies cannot offer personal service. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
