Easy to access a human being on the phone most times during business hours. I admire the fantastic work they do. Easy to access my account and someone always available to help with queries. Interest rates are good and great opportunities to invest feeling completely safe and secure about my money! Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

Ethical investments you can trust

All my savings are with Triodos. If only I could cope with online banking, I would move my current account to them, too. I particularly like how they support small enterprises, and that they keep telling us about them. Reviewed on: 30th January 2026

Triodos is excellent

I bank with Triodos for several charities that I volunteer for. Their service is excellent and I am confident that our charity funds are supporting ethical organisations. I have experienced several other banks and find Triodos excellent. They answer the phone quickly and are always helpful. They are transparent and the online service is easy to use. Triodos' very happy first online banking customer!

I joined Triodos when we could only bank with them by post. When I asked if they had plans to have online banking, I was asked if I would like to be their 'guinea pig' first online banking customer. I couldn't have been happier to be. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Always friendly and trying to help.

Always friendly and trying to help-rarely have to be transferred to someone else- these guys are well trained and of any bank I like dealing with Triodos the most in over 60 years in dealing with banks. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
