Bank with confidence

I was able to phone up and speak to an advisor straight away, they were able to assist me straight away. This is the experience that you dont get from high street banks. This type of banking gives me more confidence, speaking to someone straight away and without being passed to various different people. I have always found UTB very easy to deal with. Actual humans on the end of the phone!

Over the 5 years or so we've been using United Trust Bank I have been very impressed with their customer service. A human picks the phone up swiftly and is able to help! Impressive, in this era of unhelpful chatbots. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
