Great customer service and savings rates

I was originally drawn to United Trust bank because of their favourable savings rates in comparison to other business savings providers. I've found their online platform to be very quick in terms of faster payments, unlike a lot of other business savings proivders where payments can take up to a day or a weekend to complete. Having an App has improved my experience

Easy to set up and make deposits, avent had any issues with withdrawals. At first it was all a little tedious doing things by email and post, but now there is an app available communication is much better. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Approachable and accessible

I have used United Trust Bank for both business and personal banking for a few years and have found the staff to be efficient, professional and friendly.
