I needed to make a call to Chorley BS regarding a slight issue with an ISA transfer, and the service I received from Julie was fantastic. Firstly, the call was answered quickly, then Julie listened to my problem and went above and beyond to help. I was concerned when I initially called, but felt much happier having spoke to Julie. Easy to contact by post and with efficient and helpful telephone service (from over 100 miles away)/ Prompt to respond and polite. SAE for paying in would be helpful. Possibly when I can't phone to enquire about a new account I could have been told that an interest review was imminent, as it clearly was. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024
