Very helpful.taff to be very helpful and...

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. It is never to much trouble when you have a question. A few years ago my caravan was damaged when a tree branch punctured the roof. The staff were great helping with what I was entitled to then sorting the claim, which was paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024

Switched from a cheaper Insurance company.

Switched from a cheaper Insurance. The Previous one, the excess was extreme. Due to the high winds my caravan suffered a slight damage but due to the excess it was not worth making a claim. Switching to NACO had it occurred while with them I could have made the claim. NACO customer service is always willing to listen and I have changed my amount for the value of my claim should anything happen. They were recommended by my caravan site owners and I am pleased to be one of their customers. I have advised friends on the site to go with them . At least One of my friends have already become a NACO caravan owner customer. I don’t think going with a cheaper Caravan insurance company is worth it and NACO,s costs are not expensive. NACO to the rescue

I had a problem with new owners on my site. I contacted NACO to find out what rites I had. I also contacted them to help me through the selling of my caravans & moving off site. On both these occasions they really helped me even with my silly little problems as well as the big ones. At all times I felt I was dealing with friends not just a faceless person at the end of the phone. I also had my insurance with them at a very competitive price. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024
