Always very friendly and helpful when it comes to renewing our caravan insurance. Very competitive rates. Always up to date with what is happening in the caravan industry, very knowledgeable and keen to help out and offer advice when it comes to sudden changes in caravan park terms and conditions. NACO are helpful with queries but it would help if you contacted them for advise before purchasing a caravan on a site. The NACO packs should make it clear that static caravan ownership is a very poorly regulated industry and sites have all the control Reviewed on: 15th October 2024
