Pay It Monthly has truly saved my business.

Pay It Monthly has truly saved my business. With the rising cost of living, it’s been incredibly tough for small businesses—especially those of us in the service industry. Being able to offer clients the option to spread their payments has been a game-changer. It means they don’t have to dip into their savings, and we don’t lose out on sales. In fact, it’s actually increased our sales. The customer service team is fantastic—always available to answer any questions and super helpful. Yes, the service isn’t the cheapest, but it’s money you wouldn’t have had if clients couldn’t spread the cost. For me, it’s a no-brainer. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2025

The customer service is excellent with quick and knowledgeable responses. This has been a valuable addition to my business that has increased my turnover and I recommend to my industry regularly . Our product was perceived by customers as being too expensive. By partnering with payitmonthly we reduced the barrier with customers being able to spread the payments. We were worried about some potential risks of customers not being treated well as bnpl doesn't have the greatest reputation. However, we found everyone a delight to deal with and it felt more like an extension of our team rather than risking our reputation to a 3rd party. Reviewed on: 20th May 2025
