They’re not FCA regulated and although they clearly contract via the service providers, they believe the FCA status means Section 75 doesn’t apply to them...     Was easy enough to use and pay off remaining balance...

    Was easy enough to use and pay off remaining balance, however, it did take out another direct debit after I'd paid it all off. I did get it refunded though
