The service is good and the online portal is easy to use in most circumstances. I made a claim last year and it took them 7 months to decide to write the vehicle off due to difficulty sourcing parts so that was a little disappointing. Easy to use website but loyalty not rewarded

My car insurance almost doubled this year, despite having 10 years no claims bonus and being with them over a number of years, so how is this company rewarding careful drivers and loyal customers?
