Admiral are people who ought to be admired! These guys know what Insurance ordinary people desire! There go out of they way to help us! These guys should be given the bafta for best company (ignore their dress sense though!) Reviewed on: 8th June 2016

Great cover, great prices

Terrible, stay well clear

The worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. Unfortunately I had to make a claim as my parked car was involved in a hit and run, the way admiral handled the claim was disgusting it took 5 days countless phone calls and a conversation with a manager to get things moving. Will be avoiding them and there sister companies in the future. My advice, stay well clear! Reviewed on: 11th April 2016

Cheap prices , easy documents

Good insurance cover but doesn't pay to be loyal.

Hassle free purchase of car insurance for my first car using Admiral, and in fact used them two years running - problem free. This year I got a quote at renewal time and despite the fact I'm no longer a 'young driver' and have 2 years no claims my quote, for the same car, was much more expensive. I got a new quote online on the easy to use Admiral website which was far cheaper than their renewal quote so went with that. I'm really happy with the level of the cover and the ease of buying is a bonus, the price was by far the cheapest I found on the market - would recommend but beware of the expensive automatic renewal quote. Best price quoted

After searching for various quotes, Admiral gave the best price with great cover. I was able to pay monthly, making it easier to spread the cost over the year, rather than paying it all in one hit. Registration was easy and I can monitor my daughters driving record to make sure she is driving safely. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Unexpectedly consistently wonderful!

Took out car insurance with Admiral a couple of years ago as comparisons showed it had the best price. Upon renewal ready to do the usual comparisons and swapping over again I was amazed to find that they actually sent me a competative renewal quote which is not something I have ever really experienced with renewals. They've also got great staff and call centre so when I have gone through the renewal process its straightforward and friendly and great service. I've been with them a couple of years now.
