Great customer service, website / personal portal not the easiest

To be fair ,I feel a little harsh rating them 4/5 but they have offered a fair price for my insurance for every year I've been with them since passing my test without hiking it up unfairly and recently actually brought it down a touch despite having to attend a speed awareness course. The one thing that holds me back from giving them 5/5 is that I found updating details on their website less easy than it might be and the whole process of navigating through documents stored on there a little inefficient. No complaints other than that and would definitely recommend them! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Speed decisions, no early repayment fees, good website

As the title suggests, I have been very satisfied with Zopa's service and truth be told can't see any way that it could be improved. The decision was virtually instanteous, there are no early repayment fees and the website is exceptionally easy to navigate as well as mobile friendly. Would highly recommend.
