The service is good and the online portal is easy to...

The service is good and the online portal is easy to use in most circumstances. I made a claim last year and it took them 7 months to decide to write the vehicle off due to difficulty sourcing parts so that was a little disappointing. But everyone I spoke with was helpful and they called back when they said they would. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
