Admiral travel insurance is scam. Company.

I wouldn't recommend admiral to no one it is scam. I had accident will i was in my holiday. I submitted claims for the stolen items Claim handler told me i requirements We will not pay a claim if you do not provide enough evidence of your expenses, loss or damage they forget I have been taken to hospital after I been told by doctor to in bed for two weeks. This is there email. Thank you for providing us with the evidence requested. We have reviewed your reason to claim, along with the information provided and unfortunately, we are unable to process your claim on this occasion. Bicycle - Not covered as per our policy wording Section 3 page 46 D. Taxi's - No cover as no receipts as proof of payment Hospital charges - No cover as no receipts. Helmet & Jersey - damaged in incident, Not covered if no evidence of this damage Sunglasses & Dog deterrent device - lost in incident, Not covered without a loss report As per the policy wording General conditions Page 22 15. Claim requirements We will not pay a claim if you do not provide enough evidence of your expenses, loss or damage, or any documents or evidence we have reasonably requested to support your claim Police station fee for paperwork - not covered as an Administration cost (general exclusion) P 28 21. Administrative costs. We are able to cover the prescription cost MAD 102.70 on 6/11/24 => £8.01, however, you rejected this offer. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we trust we have explained the reason behind our decision. Easy to get the money, hard to give it back.

Easy enough to get the money. The rate they offered was better than I could get elsewhere with currently fairly meh credit (although apparently still well above average. Go figure). However, they make it unnecessarily difficult to make extra payments, needing an application each time to be processed by an individual in the team taking "3-4 working days" (only learnt when finally submitting such a request). Where they have all the information already in my app, it makes no sense why this isn't just a simple button somewhere (as with, for example, Halifax loans). Where interest is charged daily, this is quite frustrating for someone trying to prune their debt, and quite discouraging to someone trying to develop their fiscal responsibility. Their penalty for overpayment is also significantly higher than other vendors, but I knew this more precisely going in (always read the T's & C's). I tried then to chat to a representative in the app (which unnecessarily and unavoidably makes a popping sound at you), but since no one was available it autoclosed on me, rather than putting me in a queue. NOT a 5-star company at all for customer-focused values. Not even a four star. Definitely just in it for their own pockets. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

They appeared pre-approved, applied for a loan, made a hard search, and asked to provide a copy of licence, 3 months' payslips and 3 months' Bank statement. 2-3 days later phoned me and asked security questions and later declined, in a month later again appeared on pre-approved, and did the same. they did two hard searches for no points.
