They have been just a phone call away when I needed them. There expedited response and the reasonable interest rates come second to none. I would recommend them to anyone especially now banks charging exorbitant interest rates. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026

Absolutely poor experience they are not transparent...

Absolutely poor experience they are not transparent and charge you fees they will also send threatening letters and hire third party organisation to chase a missed payments without speaking to you first absolutely disgusting union. They will decline your loan request although you have had a excellent record with them all that doesn’t matter it is obvious that the processes are not fair and consistent for everyone it depends who you are what your name is and who is looking at your application Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Looking for a loan this has to be your first choice!

We have had loans from BDCU a few times now and they always provide excellent service. Their loans rates are very good and their website is easy to use.
