Absolutely poor experience they are not transparent...

Absolutely poor experience they are not transparent and charge you fees they will also send threatening letters and hire third party organisation to chase a missed payments without speaking to you first absolutely disgusting union. They will decline your loan request although you have had a excellent record with them all that doesn’t matter it is obvious that the processes are not fair and consistent for everyone it depends who you are what your name is and who is looking at your application Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

Poor experience been a member for a while but the recent experience has been appalling with no accountability from the organisation in providing a rationale for their decisions in regards to loan applications absolutely different reasons provided for declines and contradicting information provided each time rather than being helpful I have found the team to be confrontational and demeaning Reviewed on: 24th June 2025
