Falsely claiming I have claimed

Admiral have claimed I made a claim in the past 3 years when I hadn't made any claim or report. Then using a computer generated a £500+ more premium for me. So ridiculous, no one to talk to with any power to fix it. Reviewed on: 6th January 2025

No time wasting by Admiral

This is the sort of experience customers need to have, the staff were very efficient at dealing with my renewal as they were with my initial enquiry 2 years ago. Admiral insurance made my decision due to best quote I had received and no making you wait on the end of a phone line.
