They keep me driving safe

Provides reassuring cover for my van travels

Being able to add my campervan insurance to my multi cover means I have the reassurance of being covered for any hiccups on my van travels aswell as knowing that anything covered on my home insurance is also protected all in one place. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Van Stolen

Ad my van stolen last week Admiral are trying every trick in the book to not pay me. Please don't use them it's shocking how they treat you Reviewed on: 19th May 2023

Non existing help

Cant give any less stars, very good at taking your payments, wrote my van off 3 weeks ago, absolutely no correspondence since, no-one picks up the phone, on hold for literally hours, myself collectively over 8 hours on hold in last 2 weeks, emails don't get answered or I doubt even read? You can only talk to someone if renewing or taking out a policy, they will then transfer you to the endless queue where no one answers. When they write off your vehicle they also cancel your insurance so your then locked out of the app? Ive been with Admiral for years and this is my first claim. Iwill never deal with this outfit again, i will pay more for a decent company next time. I STRONGLY suggest you look elsewhere for vehicle insurance, they've left me high and dry no van equals no work. Please STAY CLEAR OF ADMIRAL. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Useless

Incompetent. Won’t answer phone or return emails. First repairer offered was to be done in drive!,,, we had to find a repairer that had dealt with them. Despite agreeing with garage to do repair we have heard nothing from them despite the fact they are supposed to provide a courtesy car . Very frustrating and lots of wasted time waiting for calls / e mails to be answered to no avail ☹️ Reviewed on: 6th January 2023

best price & service exceeded expectations

My new "dog boarding" van was a second vechicle & ADMIRAL offered by far the best rate. I am a grade A advanced driving instructor with maximum NCD on my first car & ADMIRAL were the only company to offer a good deal. Service was first class all docs were claarly availble on line way better than the competitors on ALL levles. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
